Tamar holds MA degree in Public Policy from the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest (2012) and MA in Economics from the International School of Economics at Tbilisi State University (ISET), (2009). In 2016, Tamar has participated in ‘EDEN Doctoral Seminar How to Design Your PhD’, organized by the European Institute for Advanced Studies Management in Brussels, Belgium. In 2014, Tamar was a successful participant of the online training to Strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation and Learning on Policy Influence in Central and Eastern Europe. In 2014, she also participated successfully in CERGE-EI Graduate Teaching Fellows Teaching Principles and Practices for Economic Course. In 2011, Tamar successfully participated in Second Group Training in Application Management and Related ICT for Official Statistics, United Nations Statistical Institute of Asia and Pacific (SIAP) in Chiba & Tokyo, Japan.
